How to datalog fuel with obd2?

Hey guys I've been reading around and a lot of people said that fuel is different every where you go and the only way to find out which is the best for you car and tune is to datalog each fuel. How would I go forth with that with a Bluetooth obd2 adaptor and the torque obd2 app for android? Do I just watch the ignition timing and see which one is highest with corresponding fuel? Thanks
