Can I Turn off Green Headlight indicator ???!!

Any way to Code or turn off the green headlight indicators? my E70 do not have this light and its annoying to have a "Green" light in dash at night time

Check the coding and DIY section, but more than likely no, there's no coding to turn off indicator lights on the dash.

I noticed a button right under the KOMBI button yesterday on my F30 which makes that green light go off on the dash, even though the headlights are set to AUTO on the knob to the left of the steering wheel. Didn't check to see what the button under the kombi does in addition to turning the green dash light off... I assume it actually turns the headlights themselves off despite the setting on the headlight knob?

I remember there was an annoying light on my E46. I put a piece of black electrical tape over it and totally forgot about it for the next 10 years. I don't even remember what kind of light it was - maybe it was the same headlamp indicator.

Sometimes the low-tech solutions are the best

. Anyway the green light also bugs me, so I'm interested to hear if there's any way to turn it off.
