Flash failed on KOMBI and HU

Today I used ISTA/P to update my car and it was successful for all ECUs except the KOMBI and HU_NBT. I have found various threads about this happening online and I'm trying to figure out how to fix the problem. Most threads say to use a DHCP server between the car and laptop. I have tried that and I see the car get a DHCP ip from the server, but ISTA wont connect to the IP. I have tried both ISTA/P and ISTA/D. Without the router, using the default 169.254 address works fine for both ISTA/P and ISTA/D.

I do not have an ICOM, only an ENET cable. I was able to flash using ISTA with an ICOM emulator.

I'd really like to finish this flash but do not know what to do.

Is your HU & Kombi the originals from factory? Others have had trouble due to the retrofitted modules having a different vin to the car.
