What product would you recommend for removing road tar from wheels? I must have driven around some new roads recently and that stuff doesn't come off easily with soap

I would use Stoners Tarminator and an old microfiber. Let is soak in a little and you should be able to wipe it right off.

Agreed I've used it religiously since about 2008. Keeps plastics looking factory fresh. I used to only use Cockpit Premium but I found the Deep Kleen leaves almost no film behind. It's great for Nav screen and gloss black parts.

How does it smell? I tried Chemical Guys Intra clean and it smelled a little funky for an interior. I'm trying Adams Interior right now and it smells like baby powder!

Chemical guys is a hit or miss, you just need to experiment a little bit. The water based tire shine is the best I've ever used. But waxes and sealants are just OK. For the price, its hard to complain!

Just bought a foam cannon been wanting to try one for a while. Went for one the cheaper ones on Amazon that got great reviews. We'll see how it works.

I prefer Adams personally, mainly because of the smell. Nextzett is a little strong for me.

Adams isn't the worst smell...but it does catch you off guard at first!

I tried Chemical Guys 5050 Paste wax recently and thought it worked great. Definitely a step up from their Butter Wet wax, which is good to begin with.

The carnauba wax is pretty good, because at the end of the day, carnauba is carnauba. But they don't have any long lasting/heavy duty wax like collinite! I use insta wax regularly (every week or so, also carnuba) and thats also pretty good!

Thanks, I'll have to check it out.

For window cleaner, I mix up a 2 liter bottle of:
- 60% water
- 20% alcohol
- 20% distilled white vinegar
- 8 to 10 drops of Dawn dishwashing liquid.

I shake it up and pour it into a spray bottle. Totally streakless.
