Hi Everyone,

Well, I'm using the down market to upgrade my living situation and buy a new house, with an albeit higher mortgage payment. Concessions have to be made and the first thing to go is the 335i payment.

Here are the specs:

2008 335i coupe
Monaco Blue/Saddle Brown leather
7400 miles
Steptronic

Navigation
Sport Package
Active Steering
Premium Package
Cold Weather
Paddle shifters
Comfort Access
PDC

I also had 3M clear bra installed on the front fender/lower hood. ($600)

Photos are with my winter tires still mounted. I will be having the stock runflats, with 50 miles on them, put back on this week. I did curb about 1/8th of the right rear rim in an unplowed parking lot this past winter. There is also 1 chip behind the passenger-side mirror which I will touch up. Aside from these two things, the car is in as-new condition.

MSRP was $52,175 + $600. There is no Blue Book value on the '08s so I'm asking $44,500 for starters. I am a motivated seller and looking for a reasonably quick sale.

Car is currently 6 months into a 36-month/10k-miles-per-year lease at $773/month with all taxes, so I would also be open to a lease-takeover with myself contributing a substantial amount to the balance. By "substantial", I mean at least $5k.

Also open to suggestions if my pricing is off.
