M2 vs Audi S3 [ex-formula one driver doing laps]

I know, I know, they are not in the same category.
I think it's just fun to watch these two cars driven by a former formula one driver on a track. The driver name is Rubens Barrichelo. He was Schumacher's teammate for many years at Ferrari

M2 power lap: skip to 9:19

S3 lap: skip to 6:18

[No snark intended]
If forum members don't know who Rubens is they should sell their BMW & buy a Camaro or Charger & go practice left turns.

Hopefully the translation was, "Damn, this thing is pretty good!".

9:26 - "whoa, 370 hp... this is brute force"
10:06 - "this is an awesome car... if you want to drift, you can. If you want [...silence... entertained w/ the car...]grip, just hold off the throttle a little bit"
10:25 - "the gear shifts go when you request them" [this is particular interesting coming from him as he said that several DCT's don't really respond when you want. He tested the MK7 GTI and said that it doesn't always give the gear you want on the track]

I drove an S3 about 2 years ago, it was very nice, but the update was close behind, and after seeing the electronics and the performance of the new A4 (not the S4) I quickly lost interest in the S3. The A4 with the 2.0 liter turbo was quicker, and much nice overall. I gave up on waiting for the new S4/S5 and I have not even looked at AUDIUSA to see if it is even out yet! LOL. Supercharge back to Turbo? I don't know.....LOL....

Both the S3 and M2 are great cars, I'd be happy with either.
