Extra buttons beside rear shade button?

Correct me if I am wrong, but did I see a few extra buttons beside the rear shade button? Any ideas on what could be put there?

A (with rounded arrow outside)

I have a button next to my rear shade button that has an A with a rounded arrow outside of the A.

I'm not sure what that does either... Can't seem to find it in my manual.

That's the Auto On/Off button. Default here in the US is off and I have never used it...

Do you mean the climate "AUTO" button?

I have another AUTO button that does that...

I agree. I sent my guy a picture with the question and he just said it had to do with "drive mode".... but I couldn't find the mention anywhere.

Thank you for the info!

No, not climate. I guess I could have used the proper name Auto Start/Stop, which is what I meant, rather than on/off...

Basically what is does is when you come to a stop at, say, a traffic light, the car turns itself off. When you press the clutch (or I guess the gas pedal on DCT), the car automatically turns itself back on so you can keep driving. It's supposedly a way to be economical and save gas. Hope that helps!
