Xpel PPF and headlight protection

Based on what I found out it turns out Xpel is the best brand for PPF. My concern is I heard PPF on black cars can leave the most visible orange peel vs if car was gray for the least noticeable. Anyone here have PPF on their BSM they would like to share? Also has anyone did headlight protection film or have any opinions on that?

I have Xpel on my headlights. There is no visual difference from before and after install.
