If I'm aiming for 435i, is it bit late?
Thinking about buying slightly loaded 435i since I heard that there are huge discounts on 4 series.
I heard that the new production, 440i will be starting from July. The reason why I'm aiming for 435i is because there is 5~6K discount on ( not sure but heard it from someone) the car. But the problem is that I might be able to buy one, on August or September. So the question is, Is it true that the new production starts from July? and If the production starts, do I have to buy the cars that are out in the dealership to get 435i? |

I think you'll be able to find 435i's on dealer lots as leftovers for a while. I got my new 2014 335i in March - until then it had been sitting on a lot.
You just might have to dig a little further to find the exact color and options that you want. |

Seems like it will be a hard journey. Looked up some from the online inventories, even now it's hard to find one.

unless you want a 6MT, i'd look for 10K or more discounts. 2017 440 will drive the excess 435's off the lots for cheap

I was able to get my dealer's last 2016 production slot for a 435-drive on Friday. They had a bunch of 435's nicely equipped with great prices including an Imperial blue one with Exclusive Opal White Merino leather (it was gorgeous) Some nice ones are out there with good deals. Good luck

Yep, I got mine for 15K off sticker... Although I think I got a bit of an exception because it was a RWD 6MT in an area where everyone just wants an auto 328i in AWD.
You just have to dig. Also, needless to say, some dealers won't show their lowest prices online. So just look for new any new 435i from 2014-2015 (for the best deal) and then negotiate once you get there. |

OP, barring some kind of highly unusual and extraordinary incentives from BMWNA, $10k off MSRP isn't going to happen on brand new cars until a car has been in inventory for significantly more than a year. If you go in with that expectation the odds are exceedingly low you will end up buying a car.

E.g. $60k 4-series probably has $5k difference between invoice and MSRP. So an invoice deal + $3k buildout cash + $1k UDE incentive + $1k corporate discount will be close to $10k below MSRP. |
