TPMS vs Tire pressure gauge

which is more accurate?

my tire pressure gauge from amazon has the pressure pretty even at 37/37/39.5/39.5 front to rear warmed up.

the TPMS reads 35.2/34.8/39/38.1

also noticed the inner tire wears a little quicker than the outside.

Same here, the TPMS reads about 1psi less than my pressure gauge.

what bothers me is TPMS reads one rear tire 1ps higher than the other. i want them to be even.
