This wheel will fit either 6MT or DCT. The paddles (along with the airbag and multi-function button clusters) are transferred from your existing wheel to this one.

I believe the blanks on the back where the paddles attaches to isn't predrilled IIRC on the manual wheel.

It will work on DCT. They only make 1 M Performance electric wheel and it accepts the DCT paddles. I wrote a thread for it in the DIY section, you can look it up.
