FS: 2008 335i Assume Great Lease - Sp / Prem / Nav
Save thousands on this 2008 335i. Best deal I can find, and it's even better than any 328i on swapalease. The reason I need to sell is so I can free up some cash flow to take care of a bad investment property in Arizona. You can buy or assume my lease with BMW FS. I am meticulous about car maintenance. There are no scratches or swirl marks. Only microfiber towels to clean and dry the car. There are no stains on the floor mat. You are getting an effectively brand new car, but saving probably $4,000 - $5,000. Here's the breakdown: Color is Platinum Bronze Metallic with Beige Dakota Leather. It looks great, and gets lots of compliments. It has sport, premium, navigation, Ipod, heated seats, folding rear seats, automatic, and sport paddles. The dealer added their permaplate wax which does a great job keeping off the dirt and making it much easier to wash. MSRP before extras is $49,250. Non smoker - still smells brand new. Today it has about 2,800 miles, including the proper, gentle break in during the first 1,200 miles. I also added high end 35% tint all around (non-metallic so it wouldn't hurt the radio reception), a tire warranty from Discount Tire for free replacement, BMW Floor Mats, and a BMW grocery bag holder for the trunk. Lease Deal: Take over lease of $596.47 (before tax - $642 total in CA) Keep my $650 security deposit I'll pay you another $900 when we complete the deal 36 month total lease, 33 remain (Dec 10, 2010), $31,027.50 residual 12,000 miles per year, equals about 1,000 / month right now OR, buy for $42,900 (less than my payoff - and well under invoice) Car is located in north San Diego County. Thoughts? Comments? Questions? |

OK - At the risk of opening the floodgates, life & limb, I would like to solicit some honest feedback on the pricing. I'm really surprised this isn't already gone, and I'm curious what my fellow enthusiasts think it's going to take to get this sold. I need to decide if it's worth selling or not. Thanks in advance.

Car looks great. Great options. I personally like your choice of color a lot. However, I feel that it appeals to a very limited audience on here.
But at the great price and deal you got going, you should have no problem getting rid of it. Bill |

I'm not certain about the pricing as I have been out of the market for a while, but people might be standoffish because of the term of the lease - 33 months is a long time. A larger incentive is always nice to knock down the monthly.

Thanks - that's possible. I personally love the color. It looks almost like a dark silver at night, and lighter, beige silver during the day. All my previous Bimmer's have been black, and I got sick of dealing with the constant dust and showing every imperfection. Plus, it's a little more interesting & individual - Not the ALWAYS seen silver, black, or graphite.

I can't imagine an uglier color combo, personally. That might be why you're not getting much interest. I wouldn't buy it unless it were ridiculously low in price as I'd rather wait and see what I can find in a color that more suits my taste.
As it's a new car and if color were not an issue, I think $40k is about what you should be asking. |

However, the options you have on it are great. It's exactly what I'm looking for if it weren't for both the interior and exterior colors. If it were white on terra I'd have assumed your lease already.

IMO, exterior color is OK but I would have chosen a black interior for that color combo. The beige just does not do much for that car.
