I think he has a LBB 6MT on order.

I guess he's selling because this one has a DCT and he prefers a 6MT. That's what I guess from his different posts. Of course, I might be wrong.

Just wanted to chime in here. I'm number 3 at the OPs dealership, and he actually reached out to me, to try to arrange for his allocation to be given to me.

The dealership couldn't do it as it wouldn't have been right to bypass the number 2 guy, which I think is fair. But at the very least I appreciated the attempt from the OP...very nice of him and a good guy in my books!

I've sold my old 2001 996tt at the end of last summer and considering that I'll only get my M2 late next autumn, instead of the end of April as written on my contract, I'll probably miss it a lot this summer...

Yes, I do believe it transfers for the life of the warranty, regardless of how many owners.

Keep in mind though that our plan isn't nearly as comprehensive as the one in the US.

How much less comprehensive can it get. In the US it amounts to a couple oil changes and a brake fluid flush. A pair of windshield wipers too if you ask. Brake pads generally last longer than the maintenance period although maybe you'll get one set.
