As a few of you may know I have been looking for something to replace my father's Allroad for the past week or two. Thanks for the help as I tried to get up to speed VERY QUICKLY on the 335GT, X1, etc. We did a long day at the dealer on Saturday and drove everything within reason, and the last minute addition of a 328 wagon won the day. The dealer and I both looked at each other with a "wow we never saw that coming" expression. Anyway, it will be built next week. BSM, saddle leather, burl walnut, luxury, premium, drive assist, drive assist plus, nav, enhanced BT, rear sun shades (for the grandchildren), 18" wheels.

Cannot wait to get it here in a few weeks. Since it's dad's car the list of mods will be relatively short. Front reflectors from IND (we will keep the rear he likes those), debadge, then at 1200 change the oil and go Dinan Stage 1. He's also talking about going "old school" and getting a triple pinstripe in the M colors. Mom is dead set against it, but if he wants it we will get it done when she is out of town.

Anyway thanks again for the help and I'll be spending a lot more time in this section of the forum. Next up is a 435/440 GC for me in the fall.

That is the color we saw in person and really liked. Hours of debate later, ended up right back where we started!

We have to preserve warranty coverage. I know that we can remove jb4 if needed but he gets very anxious about this sort of thing.
