Jb4 Help ?

Hey everyone need some help today. I installed a jb4 to my car after I got a misfire in cylinder 5 after doing a pull in 3 gear it started to stutter and stuff soon enough I got a service engine soon light. I just replaced all my plugs and coils and tried to clear codes with my boys scanner. It didn't work the code wouldn't go away and kept showing up. After I brought the car home and cleared the dme using the jb4 interface and the code actually disappeared now. I'm thinking it could be a injector but I want a little more info on this I had a low boost code it's clear now and the car was left on for like 5 mins.

Make sure your settings are where they're supposed to be, do a third gear log from 2.5k-redline, make a thread in the support section of n54 tech site.

Logs may show why you misfired, or maybe its something else. The jb4 has great support, you can also read the ultimate misfire thread that is sticky in the n54 subsection of this forum.

Its really hard to say without much info on why something's happenening.

What plus are you using and what are they gapped at? What fuel are you running? What supporting mods do you have?

I think i found out what is it my injector looks like its leaking i took out my spark plug form cylinder 5 and it looked like there was fuel around it the other plugs looked fine apart from the rest. Just ordered some injectors hopefully that fixes my issue.

if that doesn't fix it, try and adjust the plug gap to 0.22. I think the standard plugs are gaped to 0.32, so with more boost and power, that could potentially cause a misfire.

I will definitely try that next if injectors don't fix the problem.
