Swaps my mv3's for a set of genuine 313's

Looking to swap my 18" mv3's for a set of genuine 19" 313's.

My wheels have 1 little scuff on 3 of the wheels as per pictures, tyres are bridgestone re050 runflats in standard 225/40 and 255/35 with the * on them.

Tread depths
F O/S 4.91
F N/S 4.88
R N/S 5.79
R O/S 5.33

I would obviously be looking to put money towards the wheels but would have to be in very good condition with decent tyres ideally non run flats.

No worries buddy.

Pity you didn't want the when they had the MPSSs still on them.

You'd still be selling your current wheels to offset the costs and finding a set with tyres at good money and then the refurb on top is gonna put you back in the same ball park.

Am open to sensible offers too lol.

But no problem either way.

I know when you put them up i was like perfect but i had just spent loads on a new sound system and getting the frm sorted out when it went bang and the wife was on my back, shes calmed down a bit now but wont let me go crazy on a new set, as in her eyes they look fine and dont need changing.

Not sure what mine are worth?

What size tyres did you have on them?

Need to check out other sets to get an idea on prices.

I was running 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 tyres.

goodluck.

what do you expect to pay on top for 313's? 2 or £300?

your wheels are worth 5-600 as the guy said above and double it for 313's so you'll have to pay the price that's if anyone would even go from 313 to mv3 or swap for some reps!

I think a decent set of 313's with tyres are £1,200 ish looking at prices on eBay

You could get a ropey set & refurb them but a refurb is £100 a wheel so you'd be close to the £1,200 anyway

You looking for rft's or non? Also what make?

I've bought virtually new part worns previously on the odd occasion and let's face it buying a used set of alloys and tyres is no different. As long as the build dates for the tyres are good and they have no repairs then nothing wrong with it and saves a good wedge too.

That's what I was asking and no interest so parted them and sold the tyres seperately.

To be honest mate I was surprised you didn't get much interest, if I didn't have a set I would have been interested

I've just seen a set on eBay near me go for £520, that was 3 good rims & 1 cracked rear with tyres, by the time you add a new rear circa £250 & a refurb (as they needed it) £400 your at £1,170

£1,200 seems to be the number

There used to be a real good part worn place near me but there prices have gone right up and you can wait ages for the right tyre

Got 2 p zero's with 7mm tread on a set of r32 wheels for £60 a few years back

The reason for a swap is the initial outlay before being able to sell mine, doing it that way i wont have the wife on my back.

Looks like i may have to keep hold of the mv3's forever, was thinking spacers and a colour change to ferric grey but thats the best part of £350/400 which would nearly get me a set of 313's

If your on a tight budget then why not look at reps rather than oem?

You can get some decent part worns on ebay. Not sure where you are geographically since im on phone but there is a pretty big supplier in east london. F1 tyres or something off the top of my head.

I've got a couple of places I know I'll ask what sort of money for tyres.

These are the guys

http://f1tyres.co.uk/

They've got a big presence on Ebay. I went there to swap some wheels over and tbh they got some fairly good 19 inch tyre selection

Problem is with reps by the time you put tyres on there nearly at the same price as oem but have half the resale value.

Im in essex so that aint a million miles from me

If you hold out, some sets do pop up around the £700-£800 mark. I was very fortunate to get my set quite cheap.

You can sell those runflats to fund your non runflats.

Thats the sort of thing im looking for, tbh i prefer non run flats but the wife spends alot more time in the car for me and is probably safer for her as she would have no idea how to put tyre sealant in and pump it back up again.

Much prefer the ride on non run flats though
