Load-Through Seats Retrofit in Convertible

So basically, I got shafted by my dealer messing up my order and not getting my interior color right, and allocations are pretty rare here for 2 series so I basically was forced to take the car or else wait some 8 more months or so.
I wasn't mad until a 2 weeks later where I spotted the car I configured on their lot and found out that the car was shipped way before I even received mine and minor fender dent from hail was being fixed and the dealership was not notified.
Anyway, I'm trying to make it up for myself so I found a very clean set of interior in the color I wanted full with the door panels and everything for a very good price. Only problem is that my car is not fitted with the through-loading rear seats and the seats being sold are for cars with through-loading. I've compared part numbers and the only different parts are the rear seats and backrests. I've looked into just simply replacing all the parts from the used interior and buying new seat covers for these 2 parts but I can't source them from anywhere and can't even find a price.

If anyone of you know where I can source them, here are the part numbers I need:

52207354552
52207354566

Since at the moment this is out of the question for me I'm looking into retrofitting the load-through system I'm 90% sure it's possible since I've seen on the M4 forums that some early convertible models were built without load-through seats when they should have been standard and dealers were able to retrofit it.

I've looked up part numbers needed and found out I need to add the locking mechanism, some brackets for the seat pivots, and some trims in the the bulkhead which add up to a total cost of $263.94 which I think is pretty good. The rest of the parts needed such as the seat frame and covers are already included with the seats I am purchasing.

Code:
PIVOT BRACKET, LEFT 1 52207368427
PIVOT BRACKET, RIGHT 1 52207368428
PIVOT BRACKET, LEFT 1 52207315735
PIVOT BRACKET, RIGHT 1 52207315736
ACTUATOR 1 52207342341
LOCK 1 52207402586
STOP BUFFER 2 52207326087
PARTITION PANEL 1 51477312242
PARTITION PANEL, LEFT 1 51477312243
PARTITION PANEL, RIGHT 1 51477312244
HOLDER, LEFT 1 51477341689
HOLDER, RIGHT 1 51477341690
PARTITION PANEL 1 51477312245
Only problem is that it seems the the rollover protection system part number is different too. Does anyone know if there are any significant differences or any at all even between the two parts?

Any help would be appreciated in regards what I should or could do.

Okay I've dug deep to get this working and it seems the rollover protection system is a true obstacle.

The mounts for the rear headrest trim and lock are riveted into the rollover protection system and they are significantly different than those in the basic non-folding rear seats. The silver lining is that both rollover protection systems have the holes for the different mounting brackets, however the mounting brackets are not sold as individual parts. What do you suggest I do now? I really don't want to spend $650 for a new rollover protection system just because of these damn brackets, not to mention the hassle of having them installed. I've attached pics to demonstrate.
