Took delivery of my X1...
..25D Xdrive, Saphire Black / xLine / Oyster Interior.
Can't list all the options, its practically everything on the catalog except M-Steering wheel (wife fiercely opposed this!) Switched to winter tyres immediately (one month left), non RTFs. What a difference it makes on the ride! Somehow, I wonder why BMW is so adamant on these RFTs when everyone, for years as far as I can recall from other models I had, keep on complaining on the ride quality. Seriously thinking to dump them for good when switching to summer tyres again. Other than that, very happy with the car, a great model from BMW and a beast engine. Here a couple of pics.. |

Lovely!
If I had gone for xline that's the exact combo I would have had. Black with satin aluminium rails and window surrounds with 19" wheels. |

Couldn't agree more with your comments about BMW's continuing insistence on the use of runflat tyres. One of the things that really appeal to be about the F48 X1 is the large underfloor storage area in the boot just made for a space-saver spare to compliment the use of non-runflat tyres.
More than a little envious you've got the option of the 25d in Europe. Couldn't even been persuaded to switch from our X3 30d for the X1 25d if available in Australia (we get only the 20d, 25i for the AWD variants). Tony |
