WHAT:
1) Early morning caravans from NorCal & SoCal to San Luis Obispo
2) Check-In at Quality Suites and Catered lunch at hotel
3) Back roads drive or cruise to the coast
4) Catered dinner at hotel
5) Bar/Club hopping at night


ACCOMMODATIONS: Quality Suites San Luis Obispo: Quality Suites Central Coast Hotel in San Luis Obispo, CA
- Group rate of $199/night for a suite with 1 King or 2 Doubles (both rooms have separate living **** with full size sofabed)
- Includes free full breakfast and evening reception with beer & wine
- Call hotel at 805-541-5001 and ask for the ECFest group rate
- Last day to reserve a room is Fri, Feb 19th

SAT, MAR 12th:
- 8AM-8:30AM: NorCal and SoCal caravans leave for SLO. Caravan info will be added closer to the date.


- 12PM: Meet at Quality Suites (1631 Monterey St, San Luis Obispo)
*Catered Lunch
*Beer & Wine allowed
*Adjacent to pool so bring your swimsuits


- 3PM: Optional back roads drive or cruise to the coast


- 6PM: Catered dinner at hotel


- 10PM: Optional bar/club hopping in downtown


SUN, MAR 13th:
- Breakfast
- Caravan home



IMPORTANT: When adding your name to the list, please use the following format so I can get the correct headcount for lunch, dinner..etc... Use L for Lunch, D for Dinner and H for Hotel and put the number of persons after each letter. Ex: If you have two people going to all the activities and sharing one hotel room then put L2, D2, H1. Also, if you guys can PM me your emails, that would be great.

**I have been attending this event for years and its always a great turnout and a lot of fun. I would encourage all of you who can make it to come you will have a blast. This is a great trip. There are a lot of people who come for the day and also a lot who stay the night, Either way you will be in great company!

That's a long drive to put wear on the MT's. Anyways it's more fun doing 4th gear burnouts at 80mph on the freeway with the stockers!
