Item Interest
Selling my wagon project get back into an M car. I am the 3rd owner and have full service records for the car dating back to its original purchase. Car is mechanically perfect at this point. Car is equipped with Premium Package, Sport Package, and Cold Weather Package. Needs nothing except a new owner to enjoy it!


Price: $10k OBO NO Trades Please.
Mileage: 152k
Transmission: Automatic

Recent Maint:

-Transmission Service and full 150k Service done 500 miles ago.
-New Akebono low dust brake bads front and rear.
-New 2010 style panoramic sunroof surround(old style created lots of wind noise at highway speeds.)
-Recent tune up and check and new OEM oil service 10 miles ago.
-Front control arm bushings replaced and all suspension bushings checked.

Mods:

-Full custom air suspension:
-Airlift performance series front struts from Mk6 VW. Custom lower sleeve, and modified top mount.
-Airhouse II's in the rear with all custom bracketry.
-Airlift V2 management with single Viair 380 and 3 gallon Aluminum tank. Completely hidden so you still have full use of all the room this car gives you for activities.

-Full Mtech kit(replica front and sides, OEM rear).
-Projector foglights with full digital Canbus 4300k HIDs.
-RPI Axleback exhaust(Great tone and not at all intrusive).
-Full shadowline trim(windows and kidneys).
-OEM Adaptive Xenon headlights converted to Eurospec.
-Black emblems all around.
-OEM BMW window tint installed 20k miles ago(have receipt from BMW for $850).
-Interior trim wrapped in 3m brushed steel vinyl.
-Square RWD 18" wheel(lower offset) with brand new tires(less than 1500 miles on tires).

The only thing this car needs to be a full show stopper is a set of proper wheels of the new owners desire.

If it hasn't sold yet, can you give me more info on the air suspension? Does it have adjustable rebound and and I assume the airbags are progressive and get stiffer as they get lower? I don't have much knowledge about them - but I've been looking for a 530xit for a long time and I'm willing to pay to get it shipped to me almost immediately.

This sold a while ago. The Airlift performance struts do have full dampening adjustability. However, usually the air suspension setups get softer as you go lower(less air/less pressure to ride on).

Feel free to send me a message and I would be happy to help you figure it out if you're looking to pick up and bag an e61.
