Track Day Report - CVR 12-20-15
I recently had the chance to take my car to Chuckwalla Valley Raceway for a driver's school. The weather was crisp at 50F, and the event was very lightly attended.
My car was stock save for f8x M3/M4 lower control arms, alignment set to -1.75 camber and 1/16 toe, and an AA8 tune. Otherwise it was stock brakes and stock Pilot Super Sports. The day was great and the car was a blast to drive. With 2 hours of a fellow instructor and I driving, the car never skipped a beat. Yes the brakes need more cooling and stickier tires would have been preferable, but the car is a fantastic package right out of the box. Nice work BMW!! Here is a video of one lap. Enjoy! |

That looks like a very fun lap. Just enough elevation change to make things interesting. Thanks for sharing with us.
