FMIC on non M-Sport

Does anyone have an aftermarket FMIC on a non M-sport bumper. I have a sport line 435 xdrive and was thinking about getting an aftermarket FMIC. The problem is i feel as if my front bumper is more air restrictive. Is this true or any first hand experience. Thanks again

It shouldn't restrict any air flow, we tested our intercooler on both bumpers without showing a difference in temp changes

Evolution Racewerks offers 2 different intercoolers, one for the sport bumper and one for the regular bumper.
We have sold a lot of these intercoolers to both types of cars, never hard any complaints

do you know what the difference between the sport and non sport is? I currently have a non msport bumper, but am looking at fmic's, but in the future may get a msport front bunper retrofit, so i dont know which fmic to get, or if there is a significant difference between the two (mounting points, size, fitment)

RE: ER FMIC Non M VS M Sport:
The difference is how close they mount to the bumper.

The idea is to mount the FMIC as close to the opening as possible so no air escapes around it and it all flows through the FMIC for maximum efficiency.

Consider changing the bumper and FMIC at the same time if you want an ideal set up.

This makes so much sense. You'll only have to remove the old bumper and install the new bumper once.
