Local coders - updated HUD

Any experienced coders in the area that can flash KOMBI as detailed here:
http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...7&postcount=55

I would like to have the updated HUD. Dealership won't do this for me

BMW of Alexandria. They said they won't perform the updated unless there is a problem with the vehicle.

The problem is you can't see the gray colored tach. That's bogus

Seems like the literature shows blue but what we got was gray.

I might just do it myself. I think that DIY I posted in the first thread is complete and I just need to read up some more. I'll let you know if I go through with it, lol.

When I first saw the colored HUD, I though it looked great. After concentrating on my HUD in original grey over the last week or so of driving, I think it's best to keep in muted shades so to not distract. The colored display started to remind me too much of a video game. I know I'm probably in the minority here but really think it's right as is, especially when driving at night.
