I bought an Eonon radio last Christmas and it worked perfectly until recently, when the screen starting getting dark, then ultimately went black. All the controls still worked, but the screen was toast.

After a few back and forth emails with Eonon customer service, they allowed me to upgrade my unit to a newer version for a small fee.

I'm very impressed with their customer service and look forward to the new radio.
