Hey guys looking at buying a JB4 and was wondering if I need to get an pneumatic specific board for my 2012 F30 335i? Or will EWG boards work too?

Pneumatic, only some 13's and everything newer are EWG

I checked burger tuning and their website has 2014+ = electronic waste gate

Ahh gotcha, I wasn't sure if pneumatic could also use EWG. I am trying to find one used and it's tough to locate!

Looks from the description that it is for the EWG wastegates.
Your car is 2012 so you have pnematic wastegates.
Keep in mind, BMS will not warranty any used product. I dont think it is worth it to lose BMS warranty to save $80

OP, based on the picture, that is a PWG JB4 not EWG.
