How much down for person assuming lease? $500 transfer fee and $650 + tax/ month sounds almost too good to be true.

Just $500 transfer fee. If you are approved then it's yours after a few paperwork steps. Last transfer I completed went from Friday to Friday with all overnight envelopes.

Payment is base - please remember to add your state sales tax!

my monthly payment in MI is 697 and some change!

Great deal...

I really have to stop looking in this forum...I just took over a lease on a 235i a week or so ago and am finding myself considering to swap again because of the great deal here

Somebody take this over quickly, so I can stop with my stupidity

Some background details ED and PCD:
http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1110812

Current mileage = 1300 / allowed per year = 10000. WAY under on miles as this my second car.
First 700ish miles occurred from SC to MI
Never driven on ED trip. First time I pushed the start button was at PCD on April 2.
No scratches
No dings
few very small stone chips <less on front from PCD to MI (pencil tip size)
clayed and waxed immediately after returning home - paint is smooth as silk
Non-smoker
Always garaged / parked on carpet ...OCD right?
Seen rain once (on the way home from PCD)
Broken in per BMW manual
Never tracked / raced
Shell 93 only (first fill up at PCD, I hope it was shell)
1200 mile service on Friday May 22 (engine oil and diff)
5 payments made out of 39
residual at end of lease = $43,737.75 (April 21 2018)

Payment is $656.12/mo + your state sales tax (6% in MI)

New buyer pays transfer fee ($500), get approved, and she is yours in 1-2 weeks.

Ill throw in some goodies: M-performance floor mats and new L/R BMW air-filters

If you want to know more, drop me a PM or give me a call: 248 910 1039.

PS: potentially selling to lighten financial burden and get a different toy :-)

What's the new toy? Z06

Sorry but I don't think it's a great deal, just average. A great deal on a lease is 1% of MSRP for 24mo, $0down, 10k annual miles. Given that metric a ~$3000k incentive is needed for a great deal...Anything more than that you over paid.

Good luck with sale though

Thanks guys for all of the comments/PM's/many texts - stage 2 is complete, and final stage 3 expected to complete in 1-2 days! Possibly fastest Bimmerpost sale I've ever experienced! :-) New owner is chomping at the bit to get her picked up!
