My leather isn't as light as yours, being Mugello Red, but I did extensive research on what to buy to prevent dye transfer. The product(s) I decided to go with are by Leather Masters, from Uniters. They can be bought at shop.unitersna.com The strong cleaner works well, and an initial application of Leather Barrier and Leather Protection Cream (Matte Version) to desired areas, puts a protective clear coating on the leather the does not change the matte finish, or feel of the leather. No one can tell I applied these products to my interior, until a bit of water, or whatnot lands on the leather, and it now beads, instead of being absorbed. I learned of the product through the M5 forum with people owning the silverstone interior raving about these products.
