Gorgeous! Although if you want me to be really picky, I think there's too much shadow in the first pic and I would photoshop out the parking lot lines in the last two

Yes! Haha useful information. Honestly I liked the parking lot lines cuz it keeps it more natural but easy task to do

First picture, crop out or PS the e46 m3 and the helmet on the right side.

It doesn't look like you do a lot of post-editing but I would look into it. You can get a lot more pop from colors and texture, whether it be the cars or landscape/sky.

I did do post editing, added in some clouds, edited the color of the sky, floors. Nothing too much though

The backgrounds are too busy for my tastes. I'd open up the aperture. The third one, for instance, is shot at f5.6 and it made the trees in the background too sharp to isolate the subject

Yeah, All of these were shot without a tripod. Need to work more on depth of field

SoCal is probably the best place to shoot cars in the entire world, so take advantage of it.
Read a few tutorials and go to sites like speedhunters.com to get some ideas.
About your photos:
Photo 1: It's just a snapshot. Personally, I would only use it for instagram and would not even put a watermark on it. Angle and composition make it boring and un-artisitc; a big mistake is having wheels turned the wrong way
Photo 2: Great idea, but too busy and unbalanced. Use rule of 3rds when creating shots like this.
Photo 3: Bad angle. Basically you are concentrated on the left fender while the rest of the car is kind of not there. For these shots, better shoot from far out and zoom in. Avoid using wide angle unless you are shooting at a busy event or going very artistic. If I was using wide lens for this shot, I would go for lower (ground level angle) and center my shot around the wheel (BMW logo would have to be positioned correctly though)
Shot 4: Boring backdrop, ugly fence, but yet for some reason you cut off part of the car to show more of that fence.
Shot 5: Too much open space on the left, car is sort of lost there.
Shot 6: Same problem, too much boring nothingness and not enough car. Again, try using rule of 3rd's.

Back to subject of SoCal: You have the most beatiful sunsets in the world, lots of open spaces, amazing looking skylines (not cars), so try looking for locations with some sort of combination of the above.
Do: Shoot at sunset or sunrise, shoot at location with backdrop that would look great WITHOUT a car, shoot at desert, pier, mountain overview, use a polarizer filter, use sun to eluminate your subject, if you use sunset as backdrop, make sure your dynamic range is spot on otherwise car will be to dark, practice on on light colored or matte colored cars, avoid garbage, trees, power lines, other cars, people, fences, cones, use adobe lightroom to tweak your photos, always hoot at RAW, use rule of 3rd's
Don't: shoot at daylight, at malls, on grass, cut off people's heads, lmibs, etc, don't use flash, turn wheels, shoot at locations that would distract viewers.

Tokyocarguy's recommendations are spot on. Regarding not using a tripod, it wouldn't affect depth of field. If you're using a more open aperture, you'll be using a faster shutter to compensate. Also, for your watermark, I tend to prefer 50% opaque white with an offset shadow so that if it hits something the same color it's still legible. That's what I do for mine - examples at www.facebook.com/stageshooter.
