M-Force M3 Spoiler fitment comments please

I just received the M3 spoiler reps from M-Force. I haven't put it on yet. Need to clean the car this weekend before I put it on. But I noticed when I just put on the trunk and trying on the fitment, by pressing the middle to hold the position, both ends kind of tilt up. Especially the right side is like more than 1/2 inch tilted up. Does any one have the same problem?? Does the double side tape strong enough to hold it down?? Please comments!!

Dude the lip is flexible, once you use the tape it will conform to the shape of the trunk..NO worries...

As long as your paint is clean from dirt, sap, bugs and wax, the tape will adhere and won't come off...I just did it to my car.

You know oem has the same problem. This is flexible material which is fitted in away where it is not stiff/solid.
Hold it down and apply your tape. It will not fall off the highway. If you worry so much just get some glue.

Thanks for supporting M-Force_Design. All products that are made by us go through a quality control before we ship them out. We try our best to serve the e90post community, however mishaps may happen. If there is any problem we will try out best to fix it and make the customer satisfied.

The E92 M3 spoiler that we sell is made out of PUR, which is a very flexible material. Which is the exact material the real AC Schnitzer company uses to produce their body parts/spoilers.

Judging from the pictures you have submitted, the spoiler looks fine. All spoilers that we have shipped out follow the same kind of features which require flexing in order to sit on the trunk. As long as the spoiler sits properly on the trunk after applying tape or glue, it should be fine.

Just make sure both the spoiler and trunk is clean before you apply the tape.

After the spoiler has been installed on the car it should sit perfectly.

We stand behind our product line with great pride.
If you are not satisfied with our spoiler than simply ask for a refund.

+1.. my oem didn't do that either.

Just make sure it's seated properly on the trunk and use some windex, denatured alcohol or goo gone to clean off all the wax on the trunk where the lip is getting mounted so the double sided tape sticks real good. Use strong 3M tape and use a blow dryer to heat up the glue on the tape if it's not warm enough outside when your installing it.

Good luck bro!

very good point....3m or any tape for that matter is effected by cold weather....that would explain why my front lip looks the way it does!!!
by the way...

Use some of these (and some towels to keep them from damaging your paint) to hold it down while the Beta-Link dries.
Let it sit overnight.

I bought a M-tech spoiler for E90 a while back... it was from carking, the spoiler was a horrible fit and did not follow the lines of the trunk at all. at first I figured that I just needed to tape it and heat it up to make it flexible.. once we put it on the car, it barely flexed and left a huge gap. luckily my body shop broke the spoiler trying to adjust it, they are going to buy me a new spoiler. I will be getting the OEM M3 E90 Spoiler form Tischer as soon as they are available.. I am never buying non-OEM. Just be careful when you are bending it.
