Gear gaiter cover for a E92 RHD M3

Anyone knwo where I can purchase the gear gaiter cover for a right hand drive E92 M3. I am trying to fit the ACS gear knob but can't source the gaiter cover. I don't want to cut the original one and separate the knob and the cover.

Are you talking about the shift boot?

You cant unhook shift boot from bottom and unscrew shift lever from the top?
