Hey Peeps,
Long time follower on the forums and longer time BMW owner; 2002 (my mom drove one of these when I was growing up), 330i (e46), x5 (4.8 e70), m3 (e90 company pack), x5 (3.0), m6 (comp pack gran coupe- current car) and now this!!! X5M (stable mate to m6 gran coupe). Picked up from Shelly BMW today; Derek Dicker (Internet Sales Manager)- he is honestly one of the best in the biz, a true car enthusiast (races / fixes up various cars as a hobby), seriously knows his cars and genuinely a great guy!! (Thanks again Derek!) Overall; fantastic deal, great experience, incredible car!! First impression- it's a much different feel than our M6GC. Insanely quick and surprisingly nimble. In person curb appeal is stunning. Shifts / exhaust note seem a little more crisp...not necessarily faster but nice cracks on up shift. Overall incredible combination. Few pics |

Thanks all! Hope everyone is well.
Here is a quick snap of the interior. I decided to do dark interior and aluminum trim (for some contrast and so the ambient lighting would reflect a little better). Cheers! |

Congrats! It looks great. What is your impression of the aluminum trim? Does it seem like it would damage easily with normal wear and tear? I was intrigued by it, but since I couldn't see a sample in person, I went with the carbon fiber, which I had seen.

Lucky man, I'd Love to have 1 of your 2 cars -- i just got to work harder -- can you send a picture of the x5m and m6 together?
have fun with them? do you drive both or one for wifey? just curious as in a year i'll be able to get 1 or the other not both.. i have 2011 x5m now and love it, but miss burnouts and going sideways sometimes!
