Ordered: Azurite Black w/Silverstone Ext
I've been forum lurking for awhile now and reading all about this fantastic car.
Tonight I pulled the trigger!!!http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/ima.../happyanim.gif Here's my build: XM5 M S34 - Azurite Black LKA - Silverstone Ext Merino 4CV - Fineline Oak Wood Trim ZPP - Premium Package ZTO - Connected Drive Services 5DP - Park Assistant 6NS - Convenience Telephony w/... Dealer says May production and mid June delivery! Here are some ramblings of my journey thus far: Spartenburg delivery is not available for Canadian cars 6WB is not available Production tracking is not available (updates are only available via dealer) Added 2yrs/120,000Km extended warranty - Dealer claims this is a carbon copy of original factory warranty $4,899 Added Appearance Protection (6yr/200,00Km) (Siliverstone and PDR protection)$1,150 Managed a measly 3% off list. http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/ima...ilies/sigh.gif No ability to test drive anywhere in my area This forum provided the order guide, a sense of pricing discounts and invaluable product detail. Thank you all! Last edited by Vassilis1971; 03-25-2015 at 04:49 PM.. |

If it were me though, I'd add that little bit more and go to the "Full" silverstone interior. It makes all the difference in the world to the feel of the cabin.... |

Thanks alistairg. Full leather is 5K and would knock out the extended warranty for me to be able to attain.
The preproduction torture of rethinking about option changes has already began! My doubt at the moment is dropping the fineline for piano black trim at an additional 1K. |

Congrats!!
Where did you buy it? I live in Toronto but I bought mine at BMW Sainte Catherine : better service and better prices than dealers from Toronto When I buy it, there was no drive test possible but yesterday my dealer called me and they have just received their HEA. I will test this Friday morning and I'll change my M5's tires at the same time |

Congratulations on your order
3% off for a new model is pretty good in Canada since the dealer made 8% on the last generation of X5M. Is it an X6M or X5M? |

$4899 for 2 yrs/120km (100k) extended warranty is WAY TOO MUCH. save the money and use it for potential repairs that should not occur during that short time span.

This car isn't getting flipped in a couple of year. I plan for us to be in a long relationship for at least 6 yrs until we separate. As an alternative to extended warranty I'm now thinking of putting those funds towards Full Silverstone and engaging the dealer to CPO the car post 36 months. Has anyone had any experience adding CPO warranty prior to new car warranty expiration? |

Before to sign, I asked few quotes from others BMW (Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville etc.) and BMW Sainte Catherine was the best Deal. |

Handler-Erst-Ausstattung, which in English translation from German means Dealer First Equipment (dealer launch car)
