new g force helmet quick review

new GForce helmet .. nothing fancy but my first SA rated helmet .. I'd been using a motorcycle (snell/dot) for a while.

the helmet is relatively lightweight, comes with HANS attachments, and was $250 so a good price IMO from safe racer. I don't think buying a cheap helmet is a good idea at all but paying for fluff on something I use rarely isn't in the cards right now.

anyway, I've only used it for an autocross (continuous runs, so kept it on for over an hour straight) but so far it is a great fit for my head, a major plus!

so many options for helmets but I'm happy with this choice! thought I'd share

Looks good. I just tried out a new helmet this past weekend, Bell M4 and liked it really well. It's lighter than the one I was using and I hit a new PB lap time in my E36 with it on.

i'm sure choosing the m4 had nothing to do with the name

this helmet is a LOT more comfortable than the motorcycle helmet i'm coming from! thanks for the video - always love watching people drive their cars hard!
