Thank you! Unfortunately we are required to have front lisence plates here in Norway, so the front bumper won't stay this clean for long

What's the punishment/fine if you leave the front plates off?
In the U.S. state of California front plates are required, but the fine is so small and the chance of being hassled about it is so low it's easy to just leave the plate off.

As far as I know, the fine is NOK 4000, thats about $700. Also, you would be stopped quite often, since it's rather easy to pick out a car without a front license plate.

Is the 2 days of waiting until thursday because of the mods on the chrome kidneygrills and the exhaust tip ? I am looking forward to see your pictures after you have recieved your car. Unfortunately the weather in Norway these days makes your car dirty very often. Did you choose 17 or 18 inch winterwheels ?

They did not have the time to work on the car today, so they need to wash it down and do the normal finishing touch tomorrow, and then they also install the grill and exhaust. They only need an hour to install both, so I could probably have pushed them for delivery tomorrow, but I'm busy in a late meeting, so I don't have the time. So, after work on thursday I'm heading to Drammen to pick it up!

It's going to be a loooong day at work on thursday ...

It has been quite dry roads in Oslo the last couple of days, so I hope it stays like this for at least a day or two, so I can drive it more than a couple of km before it's dirty as h...

I actually have two set of winterwheels. I have ordered a 17 inch set of original BMW style 188 from the dealer, but I have also ordered 18 inch with M6 reps, so they go on as soon as I get them

IMO its ok, Euro license plates look so much better than North America!

In Ontario, we have "Yours to discover" written on the plate. And I feel sorry for you guys in Florida *look I have a big fat orange on my BMW*
