Exactly this!

OP is probably gonna need to offer someone an incentive, ie. cash up front to get that payment down to a "normal" level.

i'm interested, but not at $1240/month.

The real problem is when he bought the car he didn't get a great deal. The car was brand new and dealers weren't giving much if any off MSRP.

No one will pay that much now because you can get a new one for less. Only hope is a person who doesn't want to wait or look for one on the dealer lot.

Nobody will pay $250 plus extra per month for a used car just so they don't have to wait. Not me anyways....

Only incentive is getting $3k worth of additional equipment included.

If it were me I'd want out of this car due to the high payment. I don't think anyone will jump into this lease when dealers are easily giving $3-$4k off MSRP.

Sucks but hope it works out for ya!

3 to 4k? I'm getting 5k offers off MSRP from numerous dealers in the tri-state. This lease will be very tough to swap without a hefty incentive. A car configured this way can be had for about $900/month.

i got it in Tulsa, OK and drove it back. I don't know if any local dealerships give that much off since I didn't try. They didn't have the color combo I wanted. If you want the tulsa salesman I used, let me know

How much over invoice is that if you get $5K off. That sounds like a good deal but was that on a fully loaded car at $80k or on a car that stickers at $75k?

U can probably get a few dollars now off of Msrp. Idk anybody that got the car June/July last year that got 5k off. And no u can't get it for 900 a month u have to put up msds. Pay tax and probably some cap cost reduction.

I've gotten 6% off msrp on any config. 78k, 80k and higher. Do the math... Every one of them comes to $900 +\- $50 with $2500 at signing. No msd's

You are correct as far this forum and any lease thread. Buyers are too informed. Almost have to sell via local word of mouth. An incentive is the realistic approach or just keep the car.

Yes, this is right and goes back to my original post. If the numbers are examined there is certain to be an inflated MF and fees. Maybe paid over or exactly MSRP when residual numbers weren't great.
