12k is my budget. I may be willing to bump UP TO 13k for mileage under 90k, iDrive, or a 19" wheel package I like. Otherwise it is a hard 12k ceiling. Obviously my budget is oriented around a '07 or '08 car.

I am willing to travel a bit and am located in Central Ohio.
