12/16:

When I purchased the car I was given a vehicle check Pro report from the owner and triple A. The car had clean record/accident free. As of today (within the last hour) I have been informed by a potential buyer who also has a friend who works for BMW that there is in fact an accident report on it. The accident report is noted as being reported but no further details is given so likely it was very minor. The previous owner noted to me when I bought the car in August that the previous owner before him worked at BMW of Oyster Bay in NY - the accident report and maintenance service (based on the records I have) following it shows no report of damage or service being done the car. This leads me to think that it was nothing "major" and if anything it was taken care of by that BMW dealership NY. I also have all the service records on the car and I have found no repairs of any sort relating to an accident - which is a good sign. The car is clean, looks brand new and still has the new car smell.

Anywho, for reasons disclosed above it is fair I drop the price to $28,600. Please shoot me a PM so I can send you screenshots of the Carfax I just bought. Thanks.

Nice car, kbb states $24,500 in excellent condition.. Whats the reasoning for the higher asking price?

Private sale on KBB is $25,629, NADA is $25,900. Market prices for similar (options and mileage <50K miles) 335xi are selling upwards of $30K+ (with the closest exact match priced at $32,880 wit 43xx miles) Take note, this does not include the fact that my 335xi is equipped with BMW power kit variant 2 + tune and bmw performance exhaust. I think I priced it aggressively but the price is negotiable, nonetheless. I will be getting my car appraised this weekend by a local BMW dealership so I will get a better sense of the "true car value", per say on my 335.

A manual msport e90 should always command a higher price. It took me months to find mine similarly equipped.

Same here. 7 months. I almost bought a Toyota Corolla because I got so fed up. Then my current car got posted the very next day. Got super lucky.

Free bump for a breed that is becoming rare, and harder to find.
