Selling my 09 E90 M-Sport 335i sedan. CPO finished 11/30/15

I am the second owner of this car and it has NEVER been in any accidents. Rear bumper was hit while parked, and replaced with original bumper. Bought this car from BMW of Houston, where the first owner also bought it, and had it regularly serviced with all maintenance records.

Bought it with 34k miles, currently has 60,600.

-CPO ended 11/30/15 (never needed it)
-Black leather interior with aluminum trim
-61K miles
M Sport
-Premium Package (auto dimming mirrors, compass, power folding mirrors etc)
-BMW Assist
-Bluetooth, USB, AUX
-NO NAV
-Almost new michelin pilot sport tires
-Wheels have no curb rash that I have noticed
-Automatic transmission

The rear wheels have spacers as you may be able to tell from the photos, that is how I received the car from BMW.

CLEAN Carfax with oil changes from BMW within every 5k miles.

This car has been taken care of extremely well!

The car has never been modded! Not driven hard at all either. Paint is overall very clean and shines like new. Everyone who sees this car can't believe its a 2009-even at the dealer. Has some mild scratches, nothing major. Swirls in the paint are at a minimum, car was cleaned carefully!

Just to update, the car has a loan from Chase which is still active...if the vehicle is to be sold, Chase would have to be paid off, and would take a few days up until 1 week to receive the title, which would then be transferred to new owner.
