I am interested, but very concerned that you had mods like down pipes and a tune but still went 5 to 7K for oil changes

no idea what you are talking about. 5-7k oil change is totally fine for modern synthetic oil.

Lol, yeah in a daily driver n/a application. I'm talking about the fact that myself and thousands of others realize the necessity of 3 to 4000 mile oil changes under boosted and wot applications. Never mind. Thanks for being so rude.

It was always closer to 5k miles, with full synthetic (obviously). You're also assuming I drove the car into the ground. It wasn't a daily driver, and I hardly ever took it to WOT let alone 75% throttle. The low end torque just made it so much a nicer and smoother of a ride. Even if it could handle it, I don't like beating on my cars. Plus, it wasn't worth getting yelled at by the wife..

lol, you track your car every weekend or something? i sure hope you don't go wot every couples minutes on public streets.

if not, get some oil analysis done and you will see that you are just wasting money by changing the oil that early... love how people think they are right without any fact to back it up and ruining other people's FS thread with misinformation.
