Question Any idea how to raise limiter from 130 to 155 for those who got the all-seasons

Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone could clarify this for me as the information I've found so far was confusing for a new-comer to BMW world.

My current car has the run-flats all around, not the PSS's, is there anyway to code the increased limiter (option 840? I believe), just to raise the limit from 130, to 155.

I'm not interested in completely removing the limiter but just raising it to what it "should" be as I do plan on taking the car to a track at some point.

Any help on the coding procedure of this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

you need to doing withing 10hs from when the car is built ... else the VMAX gets locked...

you can probably remove it too with a tune... most tunes have ways to override it

AFAIK,

Unfortunately only direct ECU tunes are able to remove speed limiter...
