Picture Me Rollin'

Been lurkin' for about 2 years, but now I'm finally able to contribute! Here's my E90 LCI xDrive Jet Black. (I have to detail this thing at least twice a year which is a PITA!)

I bought 2 things that I wish I could have kept, but due to fitment issues, I had to let them go. One was a STETT cold air intake. Couldn't get that ISH to fit correctly. Two was a Vanguard exhaust. It won't clear the transfer case of Xi/xDrive models without modification.

Other than that, it's been fun modding. Photoshoot is a MUST! For now, you can enjoy Samsung smartphone quality pics.

Deadstock like my Jordans.

Then came some 19s with that monster truck ride height! Also swapped out the chrome grilles with OEM Performance grilles.

Swapped out OE angel eye bulbs with MTEC V2 Cree LED bulbs.

by hectic335, on Flickr

Swapped out my HEATED sport steering wheel/SMG paddles (I miss that function during winter time) for a M3 steering wheel/DCT paddles.

by hectic335, on Flickr

Needed the M sport bumpers in my life, so I went with OEM from Tischer BMW. (Their front kit had a few pieces missing. If you go through them, make sure you know what you need and verify that you get all required items. Great service, though!)

M sport rear with Performance diffuser!

M sport front with the M sport carbon fiber lip! (Lip install gave me some trouble, but so far so good!)

by hectic335, on Flickr

After getting them back from the body shop painted, I installed them. Installation was pretty easy, just takes a little time.

Monster truck no more! KW V1s installed! After it settled, I adjusted the height to my liking (and what would make my ride bearable through MA potholes lol). I'm no mechanic, but I'm gradually learnin'. Luckily, my boy is mechanically inclined and helped me out big time.

Installed the lip after final adjustments. This is my first lowered car EVER! Not crackin' that lip is #1 priority haha.

I purchased the lip from Sonic Tuning. Fitment is def not 100% (about 85%). You may need to redrill some holes and maybe use an adhesive instead of 3M automotive tape. Definitely need an extra set of hands to help you out. Quality is pretty good, but customer service is ehhh.
