got a 328i loaner!!!

Wow. This car is fast for a 4cylinder turbo.

The specs say 240hp but this car feels like 300!!!!
The car is ugly and the suspension is super sloppy BUT it is pretty FAST!!!

THeir is some lag but when it gets going it is out. Anyone else drive this car. I was shocked by power.

got one before, it's faster than the e90 328s but not a 335. I really liked the interior space but hated the suspension.
all around cameras were my favorite feature, heads up display was probably the most useless.

I've had a few of those loaners. Not very fun to drive. It's like driving a boat with super twitchy steering. They boogie with those little turbos though.

Ha! you could not describe it better...

I have tried these too and did not like it. Especially the ON/OFF feature...hated it. The whole engine will feel like falling apart every-time it will start...

Yea i kept bugging out when the car shut off. thought i stalled out. It hesitated to start sometimes. Cant be good for the starter either down the road.

That's the first thing that I thought haha. You can turn that feature off though.

I had a 528i with that engine and I thought, for a 4 pot, good engine. Definately making at least 260 HP..

As far as stop start goes, the starters are made for it.. so hopefully they last somewhere as long as the old gen starters.. Audi's stop start was much smoother in the A6 I drove for a week

I didn't like my N20 428 loaner all the much until I took it on a highway trip, that car is at home when cruising at 75. Quick too.

I legit just retuned a 328 f30 loaner this morning.. to be honest it def didn't feel like 300 hp because as soon as i got back into my 335 i felt a huge difference but I admit when it sport mode / ds shift mode. the car picks up pretty decent and it's got some torque

had a few F30 loaners as well (including the active hybrid 3).

i actually preferred the AH3 overall all the other cars in terms of using the stop-start. it was much more seamless in terms of transitioning from a red-light, to battery power, to engine. it was ok at best for the other F30s.

overall liked the F30, and I'm not sure why everyone complains about the steering. it had decent weight and felt accurate to me. it feels just like the older BMWs with active steering. i never had an issue with it.
