2015 BMW M4 Coupe for sale or lease assumption ($831/month)
Hi all, I leased this Silverstone car June 21st and while I absolutely love it and will likely try to end up keeping it without a fair price, my finances are changing and I may need to downgrade. Below are the details, I will post more pics as able. But see links below. After owning an E92. I must say the quality improvement and feel of this car is impressive. I'm still at the engine brake-in with just 250 miles on the odometer, so I have not hit redline, but the torque at low 1800 RPMs is quite impressive! MSRP was $77,300, asking $72,900 here, but will consider all reasonable offers to find this car a good home. Lease assumption, is 831.30/month 12k miles/year for 36 months. Fully refundable security deposit is $5950, you would get that returned to you at lease end. Also asking for some of my down payment cash back, but willing to try to negotiate. Any questions? Please ask! I know someone that could be interested.. Is there any way to increase the annual miles to 15K? If so, what would the payment be?

Thanks, the option would be only to buy more miles as needed at $.16 a mile. They reimburse you for those miles that you don't use I believe.

Thanks for the note. Yes, I did $5950 in MSDs. And put about $3k as a down payment. Hoping to get some of that back, plus the MSDs, which as you may know are fully refundable at lease end. I have two interested parties, but nothing confirmed yet. Please let me know if you're interested. I priced this car at a lease at $831/month is a great price. Feel free to email or pm. Thx, Newstvguy@gmail.com |

I had an un4orgettable bonus $1k coupon and I got the $77,300 MSRP car at the best discount possible. I put just my first month's payment down, plus our state sales tax, which is a maximum of $300 dollars. So to answer other questions, the payment does NOT include your state sales tax. Thanks for all the kind words to everyone here with my sale, very appreciated, luckily I have two solid offers. It's good to have options at least. But of course, I'll miss this brand new beast! |

Thanks for all the well wishes, getting offers, but for a lease transfer there's a slight delay while BMW Financial awaits the title work, if anyone is interested but can wait a few weeks please let me know. Those looking to finance/purchase this car at dealer invoice, I'm told the process is much quicker. Lease or finance or cash. This may be the only barely used 2015 BMW which comes with the free scheduled maintenance, as many of you know that was discontinued for subsequent owners July 1st, mine beats that deadline.
Thanks! |
