BMW E60 Oil Problem

I just recently got an oil change done on my 2007 e60 but I keep getting a yellow warning alert saying the oil level is at minimum level and it needs a quart of oil. I reset the oil the next day and checked the oil level on the idrive and it said it was at the O.K. level. That was yesterday and today the same alert came on my screen, not sure what the problem is

That’s what I figured it was since I’ve seen no oil leaking wherever I park, but isn’t there a certain notification that comes on saying the oil level sensor is malfunctioning? That’s the only reason I was confused what the problem was
