Planning a trip to Munich and Amsterdam

I am planning a trip to Munich and Amsterdam for the beginning of march with a few friends. We plan on staying at hostels which should be around 20 Euros a night.
Right now we plan on flying into Munich and staying for about 3 days.
Driving to Stuttgart and spending a day there.
Driving to Nuerburg, stay for a day.
Then spending the last 3-4 days in Amsterdam.

In Munich we would like to check out BMW headquarters and the breweries around there.
Stuttgart- Porsche headquarters
Nuerburg- Nürburgring
Amsterdam- Breweries/Museums

Any suggestions on things to see or do in any of the cities I listed?
Also I need some advice on where/how to rent a car, pickup at Munich airport drop off at Amsterdam airport.

Don't forget the tourist trap known as the Hofbraeuhaus in Munich -- it's still a nice place to visit.

You should also check out Regensburg, specifically Valhalla -- rather interesting.

Amsterdam has a fun sex museum that's rather famous, though I forgot the name.

Regarding the rental, you can order through Sixt.com and pickup/drop off anywhere you state.

the drive from nuerburg to amsterdam is a bit lengthy
maybe a stop over in Koln to rest for the night.. nice city to go to... or you can pit stop at Luxemburg on your way up.

also hostel? really?
and if you are going for a red light district to Amsterdam, might I recommend you go to the one in Brussels or Antwerp in Belgium. Prettier girls.
Brugges is also a nice city and not very far from where you are. I'd suggest hitting it up.
