Baked macaroni casserole with a friend.

1. Macaroni al dente with home made sauce.
2. Italian four cheese blend.
3. Broil for ten minutes.
4. Buon Appetito.

We went back to Okeechobee Steakhouse last night. Wife took picture. Filet and fries for me (meat and potatoes). I didn’t finish the filet so dogs were happy when I got home. She had a black and white special with a butterflied filet and shrimp. She didn’t finish either.

Tomahawk steak.....on a salad of field greens, tomatoes, with candied pecans, craisens, sautéed onions and crumbled blue cheese with Balsamic dressing, I'm very happy with how this turned out.

Back in the 1970's, Jack-in-the-Box left the northeast USA and most of the east coast. They seem to have a presence around Charlotte, and there's one across the street from our hotel.

Ordered a sourdough patty melt burger, egg rolls, and mini tacos for dinner. The burger was awesome, the egg rolls good as a no-carbs side, and the mini tacos were meh. I'd go back for the burger any day.....
