Help a dummy

Trying to stream work training videos from my PC to my Smart TV in my office for guys to watch/learn.

The PC has bluetooth but I can't get the 2 to connect. Is there a good dongle type device anyone recommends to make my life simpler?

Is that a bluetooth thing or something that should be done through wifi. I use apple TV and Mac so its a mirroring function.
