I'm gonna have to try some of these recipes. I usually just mix random fruits and vegetables.

I tried juicing a few months ago. Kale is good, I just add celery, cucumber, bell pepper and apples. you can find a lot of recipes in the internet, i suggest you watch fat, sick and nearly dead by Joe Cross.

Well having a juice once a day won't help you lose weight. It will also be dependant on what you eat throughout the rest of the day. The juice will actually make you feel hungry and possibly

469$ that's a lot. spend 400$ on Vita Mix and that's it. Not spending any more money on more juicer etc. :-(

Is juicing as good as making a smoothie? With a smoothie, you drink everything. With a juicer, a lot of stuff is spat out by the machine. I have both a Vitamix and a juicer, just wondering.

Cold Press Juicer

I would mention here some very important things about blenders and juicers that you should use a cold press juicer for juicing which is more efficient to a variety of juices with a full package of nutrients and enzymes which cannot preserve in a simple juicer. So you should know more about a cold press juicing before you order online.

Is there any hookah enthusiast is here, who can help me with my hookah question?

I'm an intermediate hookah smoker, my question is, can we use a smoothie into a hookah base? Or if anyone has experience with it, have had any experience with apple ton.

Juicer almost daily. I throw everything/whatever I have in the juicer. Primary staples consist of apples, carrots, oranges, grapefruits, sometimes plums and kiwis, and here and there a beet or two.

Using Breville juicer.
