Do you have weird needs? (not pervy!)
A while back something blew up in politics and I had to open a tv. As a thanks for months now I've wanted this:
I don't approve the guy, probably the ingredients would make my hippie ass cry, but I want that. I don't have leaking ceilings, I have actual tools to fix stuff, but after I saw a newer version of that infomercial (is that an actual word?) I have to have that. It's been months. I still want that and for a no good reason, I guess I could do that to my boat but I actually like fishing! Anyone else being led on by the capitalists?

I don't know how one would use the same towel to a car and kitchen. I mean I do both, cars and kitchens and that's a big no. Cars have feelings.
that company also does flex something tape which fixes just about everything and I'm not trying to be difficult but the infomercial I posted is like porn to everyone who has renovated anything! It can't work but if I lose my balance next summer while fishing while holing a drill and then the tape is the only way I can fix it while I'm on the lake with no floaters for the kids? you can justify this purchase!! This is family security!

Wait till I tell you all about the suction cup held slicer that would cut my cooking time by like 3 minutes per day. And I won't comment on BMW making luxury cars since my sense of luxury is different than most of you here.

My cousins that own a farm actually have this stuff and swear by it. It is expensive but it apparently works as advertised!

What about green coffee?
I keep seeing all these fancy-ass fishing lures on FB. I actually bought 3, and now I'm a target. There are some you have to plug into a USB port to charge, and then the fishes DNA won't let them NOT strike!!!! I just couldn't strike myself for $30 for that one. |

It works, have several versions of the product around the house. When your house is 130 years old and it rains like it does in New Orleans, you keep a can or two in the tool kit.

I love the infomercials about the knives where they just cut apart a bunch of otherwise useful items like shoes. Why would anyone need a knife to cut shoes?

Because if they can easily cut through shoes, just imagine how easily they will cut up a dead body...

I don't even know if we have aluminum boats here in Finland but I have to find one, cut it in half and then tape it together. I'm not even sure if I'm a victim of an infomercial or just stupid but I have to try that tape and I can't think of a saner test than that! https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0799...rislicer&psc=1 That's my second obsession!

It is the screen door bottomed bass boat that has me daydreaming. And I'm thinking it would make a great paint treatment - way cooler than those matte vinyl wraps or a clear-bra, and way more protection from stone chips.
And FWIW, I once edged my entire yard (driveway, walkway, and the front curb) in about 15 minutes with one of those ginsu knives. Nothing like a visit from the in-laws to spur creativity. |
