Yeah, what is tape?? I hate flossing. I try to do it 2-3 times a week though. My GF does it every day religiously.

people who don't floss regularly tend to develop decay on surfaces (in between teeth) where toothbrushes can't reach.

plus, flossing gets rid of bacteria in between teeth which causes bad breath.

I floss 2-3 times a day. Everyday. Brush and floss and you'll never ever need mouth rinses. Eating a healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables, drink your milk, or take multivitamins. Vitamin C is really important for your gums and teeth.
